Bifold doors open onto decking with glass balustrade overlooking the garden and fields — stunning at sunrise and sunset. Enjoy the hot tub, BBQ area, kids’ play space, and pool table in the garage. Near farms, walks, garden centres, and adventure parks. Skegness and Ingoldmells just 15 mins away.

Bright and spacious 4-bedroom family home in peaceful Mumby. Relax in the hot tub after a day exploring or challenge your group to a game on the pool table in the garage. The kitchen island and skylights make cooking a joy, while the garden’s decking and glass balustrade offer great space to unwind with BBQs or drinks. Kids will love the play area, and there’s a cozy bench under a tree that lights up as evening falls. TVs in every room and Wi-Fi, plus a log burner and electric fire, keep everyone comfy. There is a King size bed, 2 doubles and 1 single, plus down stairs there is 2 large comfy sofas which could sleep 2-3 people if needed. Just 2 minutes down the road is a lovely village pub and restaurant, plus a charming alpaca farm that makes its own ice cream and a park — perfect for a sunny day outing. There are loads of countryside walks nearby, plus farms and family-friendly attractions. Also if you fancy the beach there's plenty around but I would highly recommend Wolla Bank beach especially when the tide is out its stunning and if your hungry at the same time or just fancy a nice breakfast go to seascape cafe in Chapel st. Leanords which is on the sea front absolute stunning views but please book in advance can get really busy . Skegness is just 15 minutes away for seaside fun. Guests have access to all areas of the house and garden except the locked cleaners’ cupboard under the kitchen island. Please note, the side of the house is currently out of bounds.
